What Utilities Do Residents Pay?

Just electricity. Our apartments are fully electric, so you simply set up one account in your name, no juggling multiple utility bills.

Do you offer short-term leases

We’ve found that short‑term leases often come with higher costs and less stability for renters. That’s why at The Elex, we offer a traditional 12‑month lease giving you predictable pricing, a stronger sense of home, and the time to fully enjoy everything our community offers.

How quickly can i move in?

Great news! You can move in quickly. We’re a brand‑new community, with apartments so fresh we’re still peeling the stickers off the appliances. Our application process is fast and streamlined, giving you clear answers and an easy path to getting settled.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. We know it’s hard to find a home that truly welcomes pets, so we’ve made it easy. The Elex offers no weight or size limits, a spacious pet spa with two grooming bays, and only standard breed restrictions. For current pet fees and details, just reach out to our leasing team.

What is maintenance-free living?

Maintenance‑free living means getting your time back. Instead of dealing with repairs on your own, our professional maintenance team handles the details for you. Submit requests easily through our resident app, and rest assured knowing 24/7 emergency service is available when the unexpected happens.
