This innovative center will provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their growth and development.
Fitness & Wellness Center
A new, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center will soon anchor the ground floor of our community lining Broadway. Designed to enhance the health and well-being of our residents and the community via their membership, it will offer a variety of fitness classes, modern equipment, and wellness programs.

Electric Works features comfortable, tech-friendly spaces with lots of natural light and a cool retro-industrial vibe, designed with the modern workplace in mind. The Elex name comes from General Electric’s “Elex Club,” an organization founded by women working at GE in Fort Wayne. Operating under the motto “united we build,” they provided a social and educational space for employees through 2011: supporting team members in need, ensuring proper working conditions, organizing activities and events, and offering trips and classes outside of work.
