Great news! You can move in quickly. We’re a brand‑new community, with apartments so fresh we’re still peeling the stickers off the appliances. Our application process is fast and streamlined, giving you clear answers and an easy path to getting settled.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. We know it’s hard to find a home that truly welcomes pets, so we’ve made it easy. The Elex offers no weight or size limits, a spacious pet spa with two grooming bays, and only standard breed restrictions. For current pet fees and details, just reach out to our leasing team.
